With over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Ryan Smith serves as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, helping to both source and identify real estate opportunities in the office, retail, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Ryan has extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate process, including sourcing, underwriting, acquiring, and the asset management of all types of product. Prior to joining BH Properties, Ryan oversaw the acquisition of over $1 billion in transactions at Los Angles based SCI Real Estate Investments, placing equity on behalf of 1031 Exchange investors. Following his matriculation at The University of Southern Californina where he earned a degree in both finance and management, Ryan joined The Archon Group, a fully owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, where he worked on the acquisition and management of nearly $1 billion worth of office and retail product.
