With more than 25 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, Ronald J. Platisha brings his seasoned financial expertise to BH Properties as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Platisha is responsible for overseeing the financial management of the company as it aggressively acquires new, value-added retail, office and industrial warehouse properties throughout the U.S. Prior to joining BH Properties, Mr. Platisha gained experience in several key positions with CB Richard Ellis, where he served as Executive Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer of the Americas and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Platisha has also held positions in the Internal Audit department of H.F. Ahmanson & Co., and was a Senior Auditor for the Big Four public accounting firm KPMG International.
