Mr. Dunn has been in commercial real estate for over 20 years. A former teacher and banker, Mr. Dunn is a licensed broker and has extensive experience in acquisitions, development, leasing and sales - nationwide. For many years Mr. Dunn owned a boutique commercial brokerage firm specializing in retail development. Most recently, he was the Chief Marketing Officer for NAI Utah, overseeing four offices and over 60 agents. He began consulting to BH Properties in 2003. Mr. Dunn is a graduate of the University of Utah,
Magna Cum Laude, and resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
