Prior to joining BH Properties, Mr. Hardy served as Regional Director of Sperry Van Ness, where he was responsible for overseeing the daily operations and growth of the firm’s activity in the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley regions of Southern California. Mr. Hardy also served as Portfolio Leasing Manager for Arden Realty, and as an agent for Grubb & Ellis, specializing in office leasing and sales. Throughout his commercial real estate career, he has negotiated more than 500 transactions at a value in excess of $250 million. Mr. Hardy is both a licensed real estate broker and attorney in the State of California. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association (LACRA), and the Association of Industrial Realtors (AIR). Mr. Hardy received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, and his JD from Southwestern University School of Law.
