Job Description:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leasing up vacant space within the existing and expanding retail portfolio
• Prospecting for new tenants
• Renewing existing tenants
• Developing relationships with national, regional and local tenants
• Researching actively expanding retailers in select markets
• Producing and updating of marketing materials
• Negotiating letters of intent and leases
• Performing market research
• Maintaining ‘Top Level’ relationships with real estate community, developers, and brokers

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5+ years experience in retail leasing preferably in leasing with national tenants
