We are seeking an experienced Loan Acquisition Officer to source and close loan portfolios such as non-performing commercial mortgages. Must be able to leverage relationship to utilize all the firm's capabilities and also refer related opportunities.

Major responsibilities include negotiating purchase contracts, handling related due diligence, contract review, mortgage documents review and closing process.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree (finance, marketing or related degree) and minimum five years experience in similar position. Must be able to network and prospect for banks and mortgage companies, manage multiple tasks without supervision and have strong customer service and interpersonal/communication skills, computer experience and use of Microsoft Office software.
