within a 10-mile radius and an average household income of at least
$40,000. Preferred markets include Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California,
Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Nevada, New
Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee,
Texas, Utah, Virginia and Washington.
Closing:
We can close in 10 days on acquisitions
up to $5,000,000 and within 30 days for larger transactions.
